By placing an order with Fancy Gadgets 256, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Information

2. Ordering Process

All orders are placed through WhatsApp via the “Buy Now” button on our online store. Product details will be automatically shared in the chat, and our team will confirm availability, pricing, and delivery options before proceeding.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our platform are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery fees unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • MTN Mobile Money

  • Airtel Money

  • Cash on Delivery (within Kampala and selected areas)

Full payment may be required before delivery for customers outside Kampala or for certain high-value items.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries within Kampala typically take 24–48 hours.

  • Upcountry deliveries may take longer depending on location and courier service.

  • Delivery fees vary by location and are communicated during order confirmation.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • The item is defective or was delivered in error.

Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Warranty

Some products come with manufacturer warranties (ranging from 3 to 12 months). Warranty terms are product-specific and do not cover physical damage or misuse.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared during the ordering process will only be used to fulfill your order and communicate with you. We do not share customer information with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fancy Gadgets 256 is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages that may arise from the use or misuse of any product purchased from us.
